RE:RE:Kirkland Gold Information Circular

RE:RE:Kirkland Gold Information CircularI believe the LME AGM has not been announced yet because they'd like to have it be the meeting where a buy out offer (plan of arrangement) is voted on by shareholders.  Historically LME announces the AGM 60 days before the actual meeting date.  That means any BO announcement before end of October gives enough time to announce / conduct meeting and have the deal close before end of year.

Let's also remember that 958,620 warrants priced at $1.15 from the last private placement expire on Sept 27, 2023.  I'm sure those warrant holders would love for something to be announced that causes the share price to jump and get the warrants back in the money before expiration.
