RE:Different this timeIt looks like timing could be pretty good.  I recall someone saying management information circular needs to be available 21 days prior to the meeting, and it takes about 30 days to prepare an information circular for a plan of arrangement (buyout).

So the timeline could look like this - 

September 25, 2023 - Buyout announced (2 days before warrants expire ;) )
October 25, 2023 - Management Information Circular available on SEDAR+
November 15, 2023 - Annual and Special Meeting where we vote on buyout 

A few days later deal is closed and $8.00+ / share of LME is in our trading accounts.

This is all speculation on my part....but looks plausible to me.
