USCG

USCGHi Doug,

I know this has been asked multiple times, and never seems to get a response, but can we have an update on USCG.  I know Cynthia mentioned they are approaching the end of their due diligence, but there has been no update.  It is starting to feel like they just sent them a $250,000 retainer (that’s refundable) for optics that something is happening to drive the share price, then you have a director who resigns and can now sell shares, and another director who is on this "special committee" (also easy to form considering it is just current directors and also looks good for optics) selling shares.  Can we please get some form of indication what the intention of USCG is, and also where we are at with them currently.

Thanks!
