The Company’s Ishkoday is situated in the Onaman-Tashota Greenstone Camp in the Irwin, Walters, Elmhirst and Pifher Townships, located 25 km northeast of the Town of Beardmore, Ontario, and 220 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Company holds Twin Falls property, which is contiguous and lies west of the Ishkoday Project. The Company also holds a 100% interest in Jubilee-Elmhirst, and Beaurox. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

Doug, it seems as though you're settling into your role and syncing ALL the socials. I get the impression that there isn't anything imminent despite most of the communication since last August pointing to an imminent transaction(this includes "now we can expect a BIG BiG announcement" from Roger). Maybe I have the wrong impression but if I'm right will Cynthia be asking for the $250,000 refundable fee to be returned from USCG? If not, then when? Or when is the deadline?
