Hi Doug, in terms of dilution, if a buyout happens then we are being/have been diluted. 

what you say about todays value then yes I agree we aren't losing value right here right now because I can sell my shares at the same price today as yesterday. But talk refers to buyout scenarios, not todays value. 

A buyer would make an offer based on resources and cost of extraction, it would be irrelevant to them existing share price and whether 250m , 300m or 350m shares are outstanding. They aren't going to increase a gross offer because Cynthia wants more per share, as has been consistently said in here, the share price does not reflect the value of LME. 

I think your post has misunderstood the context of our dilution comments or it is misleading ... 

I will also say it again, Cynthia must drill more!
