What the meeting was about! Most important comment missed

What the meeting was about! Most important comment missedHOW is this statement not the most important topic of the past week???

“Just before Easter Cynthia, John and Michael met in Vancouver for a strategic board meeting.  Every decision made moving forward is analyzed with a "fine toothed comb."”

As I do not get options I can speculate as to the meeting topic although this isn’t a big stretch to figure out what was discussed and required an in person meeting. Current offer negotiations!! Why would every decision going forward, be analyzed with a fine tooth comb other than those decisions will be those that will be checked by the court after the deal is announced?

Since the meeting they announce the partnership with USCG is nearing completion and we are signaling them and the buyers we are strong in our position.

The “strategic partnership with US Capital Global Partners LLC ("US Capital Global") is advancing smoothly, with the due diligence process on the Corporation and its activities nearing completion”
LAURION's aim in finalizing the Private Placement is to fortify the Corporation's treasury, enabling the fulfillment of its exploration objectives over the next 18 to 24 months. Moreover, it is expected to serve as a signal to US Capital Global and potential buyers (see LAURION’s news release dated November 14, 2023) that the Corporation's exploration and development strategy is robust and steadfast.

• Validation, Optimization, and Growth on LAURION's Ishkoday through:
- Accurate targeting across the substantial strike length of 6 km x 2.5km, utilizing its significant technical dataset and 3D model
- Delineate grade/tonnage potential around the Sturgeon River Mine shaft and mineralized extensions to the north and south of the shaft. (Sounds like MRE work to me)
- Develop large scale property opportunities and new mineralized discovery zones (Brenbar Mine, Sturgeon Maloney, Twin Falls) offering significant strike/down plunge extent potential. (Buy now before it gets bigger and more expensive)

They didn't meet to discuss the private placement as that would be over the phone. They don't need to discuss where to drill as that's Cynthia, Jean and the geologist teams work. They would, in my opinion, only get together to update Cynthia on the talks and what needs to be done to close this deal.

I think we are almost done.
