It says "private sale." I suspect he is moving shares for estate/tax planning purposes. He did not sell these shares onto the market.

Will all of the recent trading volume and directors ecxersizing their warrants I suspect there is big news forthcoming. This is a pattern that I have seen before in juniors before the stock price explodes to the upside.

Have any of you ever thought that perhaps, that this transfer of LAURION stock is part of tax planning (i.e. realizing Capital Gains at yesterday's stock price, and moving his remaining holdings to family members)? This is a typical move by 'Insiders' when an anticipated significant stock price move is forthcoming.

The 8 million wasn't to me. I'd mortgage the house and 1 child to get those shares at 14 cents. And I'd pay the interest to hold them while they prove the size of this strike. He's Definitely keeping those shares in the family. Big news release soon. Too much trading volume on no news.
