All in

What I don't think some realize is. Between 2019 and 2020 the insiders bought 20% more. About 50 million shares. Those who were in went all in then. Now it is a lot harder to buy in at 90c then it was at 25c and under. Most in this thread already speak of selling body parts in hopes of buying more. Again most have already at least doubled their money. It is easier to buy more when you are already up. The random new money in public shares is still happening. But that is where the pinch is! Those who already expect GREAT things are already all in and tapped out. We just have to wait for said greater things, as like I said before 5x return in 2 years is already pretty wonderful.

What I find puzzling is the fact that the slide presentation shows 11% institutional investors and 9% retail. However, if you look at the March 2022 corporate presentation, only about 6 months ago, it shows only 4% institutional.  Quite a change??? Not sure why???

Was this from the recent private placement?

No-the old numbers from the corporate presentation that is found on LME website. The new numbers from the slide presenation,

The reality of the situation is that there no serious buyers presently. And with that said, the management team now needs to prove shareholder value in the short term.

Right-we in this forum are "preaching to the converted". Need to either get new faces in as investors to such an extent that it lifts stock price because they see the potential, or have a PR that lifts the price. As far as PR is concerned, since they seem to be playing games with 43-101, it will have to be an announcement about a buyout.

...or release the last 2 assays that everyone speculates are going to be monsters.
Comment by Smitty64 on Sep 29, 2022 3:07pm
I am doubtful they will be releasing these final 2 assay results. On slide 7 of the Corporate Update, it provides the results of the 2022 Drilling Program and states “as of September 23rd.” I am assuming the final results are factored in. Thoughts?

It's almost as though they are completely skipping over that. Not sure why-but like everything that is going on,that may seem strange here, I think that "there is a method to their madness",

Kidney SOLD. Got somemore at these rock bottom prices Looking at the Insider shares increasing from  46-59-71-79-80, would that not be their 10% rolling annual option package and this years hasnt been added yet? Whatever this indirect presentation of possible 43-101/aquisition, I'm still a beleiver. Cheers

I think your kidney went for a good cause! obviously, there were certain people that invested in LME recently because there were rumours of a BO soon-Reddit was full of it. When it did not materialized as planned, they have bailed out after the AGM, and given the thin market, that has caused a drop which may last a while. For those who have the cash, a great opportunity.

and for those recent investors who jumped in with the hope of a buy out, is there any specualation on when we now think it might happen?

As the official optimist in this group, I still think by the end of this year. However, I am sure that most of the other members would not agree.
