Just noticed that something changed in the PR's
I just noticed that after the Steven Hunter announcment on August 22, 2023 this paragraph has been removed from all PR's A consequence of LAURION's success and advancement over the past several years is that the Corporation has become positioned as an acquisition target for appropriate potential acquirors. Accordingly, the Corporation's Board of Directors is aware that possible strategic alternatives and transactional opportunities may arise and/or could be procured in the short or medium terms. The Corporation will promptly issue a press release if any material change occurs. In the meanwhile, LAURION will continue to explore opportunities and potential transactions that are strategically beneficial to the Corporation and its shareholders.

Exactly! The decision to drop that clause was made sometime between July 24th (30 days prior) for release. PR's are thouroghly scruitnized before their release. Dropping that clause is a sign of things to come.

Weird that all of these new people have all of a sudden popped up. In doing a little digging I see that they are quite active on other similar companies. I just hope the childish antics of other sites haven't bled through here. I love opposing views however I've seen other pages turn to trash quickly. Just my two cents.
