Noise

To be honest if the BO happens in the near future regardless of the buyout price I am more impressed with the fact no one involved had loose lips.  The fact we are trading so low and the potential BO is so high  Im surprised people are selling. Still remain confident things are in the works.

Completely agree with you. The low volume says everything. I also think that the constant guesses of buyout dates and deadlines does more damage than people realise. The less committed investors will sell out and as we've seen, it doesn't take much volume at all to significantly drop the share price. Hopefully it will all be irrelevant as and when BO does happen. Yea, I think only like 10% of the total float are traded by normal everyday folk anyways, 10% is more institutional and 80% are locked up with family and friends....so realistically the current SP has no bearing on a potential BO price but its not a fun ride for the uniformed average investor who doesnt have time to go on forums and do research and just glances at PR and SP

I would say a lot less than 10%. Just on this forum there are dedicated longs that would account collectively for millions of shares. We are not trading.

Absolutely Matlas, I dont beleive that there is even 5% of the total float available to trade. Longs who are not insiders,F&F, or insitutions do hold a significant amount of shares.  Further to you point bluestroy... It is not a fun ride but at least the volatility gives longs great opporunities to average in at points where there are pull backs. One could even go further to say that the ...more

to be fair..... it worked out the last 5 times LME spiked in the last year.... so far every time LME has peaked around 60c-70c, it pulls back to 30c-40c.....
