I also think that the constant guesses of buyout dates and deadlines does more damage than people realise. The less committed investors will sell out and as we've seen, it doesn't take much volume at all to significantly drop the share price. Hopefully it will all be irrelevant as and when BO does happen. But doesn't make for an enjoyable ride.
