This is the message I sent to Roger on Tuesday after our call
"Frankly, after our call Roger, I am extremely disappointed and think that you and Cynthia have lost all credibility at least in my eyes. In the past, I have been the first to stick up for you both on Stockhouse, but not anymore. In 2022 she gave out very clear vibes that there would be a BO in that year, and it did not happen. When USCG was retained, you wrote "BIG BIG news to follow". Everyone had good reason to interpret that as BO to follow reasonably soon. Now, you are suggesting not. I can tell you that if no BO this year, the stock will crash and nobody will trust anything about LME, myself included.
He replied saying that maybe I should sell my shares.

Whatever he said made me think that we were not close to a BO.

As I recall, he was actually suggesting that the hiring of USCG and setting up of the Special Committe did not necessarily mean what people thought. This was all related to his efforts to justify the PP,

What an absolute clown. Anybody that may be in the know about any potential legal repercussions for this? Now we got Steven encouraging people to get some cheap shares lol. Not interested in financing that clown Rogers next water craft
