Long time shareholder first time poster

First off I'm quite bullish and have been for sometime I see so many positives . That being said I'm pretty experienced in the equity markets and can't quite shake 2 observations. Number 1 the market is astute and doesn't often substantially undervalue a company for a long period of time. so why is this stock not trading higher? Let presume market thought there was a reasonable likelyhood of takeover  of this stock in the future it would price a portion of some of that into the stock now.  The stock market is a voting machine with dollars which would force the price beyond the 50 cent range. Call me cynical but it seems to be good to get true. Number 2 I've never ever seen a takeover at 20 x market price ever. I understand with friends and family and insider control it's not quite the same thing as they have more control but still it seems to be too good to be true. As I said I'm still bullish for many reasons but these points above i can't quite shake. Any thoughts or comments on the above I'm all ears

Ok fair bit that is in like 3.5 years. Show me one example of 20x money in takeover or even 5 or 10x?  The takeover premium ? That never happens from my experience. If I'm wrong please correct me

I'm hoping that we can see some of these return in this gold cycle as they saw during these historical gold cycles. Have a look through this article... https://goldsurvivalguide.co.nz/what-10-baggers-and-100-baggers-look-like/

Thanks ! That's an interesting article I must say.lets assume we don't get this super cycle in gold and gold stays relatively flat what do you suspect is a reasonable takeover over price per share?

Meanwhile. We are sitting lower than we were at the beginning of 2021. Having done several pps, more drilling, producing more noteworthy results. We saw this run to 1.15 during the first failed disposition attempt. From there you could guess a modest 3-5x is likely what would have transpired. I feel like they have kind of ruined their pr and news cycle with retail investors with the first failed ...more

My gut feeling is that there is potentially so much gold in the ground and so much $$$ involved that the buyer insisted on an MRE before finalizing a deal. For some reason I just get the sense that we won't see a deal for another year or so, until the scheduled drilling and MRE have been completed.  I'm not too bothered by it though and happy to hold LME until such time.

It's all a matter of price. Buyer(s) may not want all the properties. Buyer(s) may not have all the cash. MRE doesn't really affect share price...just google "MRE and mining " check the share price reaction.   I think to get the deal done LME may have to drop it's all cash demand and accept cash+shares of acquirer(s).

Here's some posts I made in regards to your questions: https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=v.lme&postid=35782491   https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=v.lme&postid=35556927 Note that the going rate the last few years has been paying $200-300 US per ounce of gold. Basic math is that if LME has the 10M gold Oz (target she wanted before putting ...more

Have you guys been paying attention to what's happening in the world? There is absolutely no possible way for gold to stay flat. My guess is that gold is going to breakout out in February and when gold breaks out the miners are going to "moon" because there will be increased investment into precious metals. Without an announcement we will see the SP increase significantly.  ...more
