Long time shareholder first time poster

Long time shareholder first time posterFirst off I'm quite bullish and have been for sometime I see so many positives . That being said I'm pretty experienced in the equity markets and can't quite shake 2 observations. Number 1 the market is astute and doesn't often substantially undervalue a company for a long period of time. so why is this stock not trading higher? Let presume market thought there was a reasonable likelyhood of takeover  of this stock in the future it would price a portion of some of that into the stock now.  The stock market is a voting machine with dollars which would force the price beyond the 50 cent range. Call me cynical but it seems to be good to get true. Number 2 I've never ever seen a takeover at 20 x market price ever. I understand with friends and family and insider control it's not quite the same thing as they have more control but still it seems to be too good to be true. As I said I'm still bullish for many reasons but these points above i can't quite shake. Any thoughts or comments on the above I'm all ears
