Transaction Date Vs Closing date

I love how all the Doubters finish their post with I hope I am proven wrong and leave out the but I can't wait to scream I told you so if I'm not.
'when 450K were traded-Steve said no more big trades' You only have some of the info. The trade volume was 1.1 million shares that day with over 600K by Michael Burmi and his biggest sale since was 30000 on Monday so he was correct in saying no more big sales. By Michael's or a lot of others standards.
'If Cynthia is okay with it not being reported' when it appears to be completely legal and beyond her control?? Some demand Cynthia respond. You keep waiting for that. Try holding your breath while you do. Her answer would be the same as Steve's and as much as his response won't help some of you, neither would hers.

MAYBE the reason it was just reported is because Michael requested 731500 shares be sold and his brokerage house did it over the 4 weeks so as not to drop the price. Maybe he knows it is going to sell shortly and was selling only what he needed to, to cover his needs as they arose. Guess what. You don't get to know and they don't have to tell you.

I know everyone gets to have their say, no matter their limited faculties, because you hold $2500 worth of shares but to question the intentions or ethics of someone holding over $5,000,000.00 without the slightest understanding of the system or his circumstances is beyond my ability to stay quiet. And I don't have to be politically correct until Cynthia pays me with some options to answer your questions. ;o)
There are about 5 pages of exemptions for insider reporting in the OSC Insider reporting rules book section. I was hoping there was one that said reporting not required if the company will be sold in 45 days but no luck.
If you put a little effort in to investigating possible answers, beyond you own doom and gloom theory, you might have looked into those transactions because there is a difference between Transaction date and Closing date. If he pushed the limits of reporting he will be fined but it appears to be legal.
You can see below the record for one of the January 10 transactions. Note the CLOSING DATE. And they All closed today !

I don't know much more than a lot on this board but I do investigate before I post. Can still make a mistake but I try be informed. I also try to spell check. Some of you should try it. Enough for now as there are too many newbie posters poping up with an opinion to debate in just one night and I still have to get work done until the BO is announced.

Wow... the biggest circus is this board here today. mithril interesting concept on the fee versus options and further dilution, I think in either case it would work out to cost the company/shareholders roughly the same but at the moment a fee of some sort might bode better than further dilution with shareholders. That said there will be no scenario where everyone is 100% happy/satisfied.   ...more
