Since being a CEO what has been the longest time Gill has had stability over 9 cents in the last 9 years?   Oh and please dont count roll backs , wait maybe, because it will not make much of a differnce when you add the weeks up anyways.....

When does a board of Directors make a change at the helm when success has not done well to the shareholders? 

It would be interesting to know , how long this company would last, if the money came from the board of directors pockets?
