this was a great news and it came with no supports. I was expecting a jump to 10-12 on this news. Do I understand that no matter the news, we're stuck at this level

It would if they pulled a Bre X.  The aftermath would be Grondin and the BOD in jail and we could start anew...although the new BOD have yet to prove themselves...so maybe probation for them, if they were in the dark, so to speak.

why would anyone expect a stock to go up on news of a drill program. It's the drill results that will move a stock. The results are months away. Dont expect much out of toma till we see the results or if gold rockets higher.
