All CEOs are self serving liars, David Grondin just happens to be one of worst offenders.  Everyone seems to have forgotten the B.S. deal is tried to pull off 2 years ago.  Shareholders would have been killed now they just suffer more indignities.  The Board is a hopeless mess made up of money huckers and financial manipulators.  Criminal.
