You have to be impressed when contractors/developers give repeat business as it reflects well on LUXOR's quality of work and scheduling, etc.,but I sure hope it does not mean that contracts are being priced to Luxor's detriment. There I go, nit-picking again, but while I nearly hit the buy button for more shares today at what must be a bargain price of 31.5c (my average is way less than that) I found I just could not do so...I am fearful that they might only clear about $500,000 net on that large second qtr gross.
