RE:RE:RE:RE:LRL adds another $1 million Contract..$31.5 million today

I know there are very few no-brainers in stocks but based on numbers you'd think this would come pretty close. They did total C$10.8MM 1H and they make reference to $2MM a month from March  to Dec 2016 in latest NR..and while that does not make complete sense in terms of the C$7MM or so in Q2, I presume that means actual billable work of no less than C$12MM in 2H, but I don't really get that comment when comparing it to the total contracts to date that we know about. Anyhow, we will know more soon...next week, eh.
The $1/2MM net I referenced would be enuf to at least support current price but it would be great if over $3/4MM
