Get the Seller out!!

Get the Seller out!!Buy this Ravensden out people. This is ridiculious!! This is a steal. Once this seller is gone this is going to take off. They just confirmed 3 property's sold and made a killing from them. That is 3 mortgages at 5% taken off their expenses and $11.4 million from profit reinterested in Fort mcmurray property which is fully rented out at around $2000/ 1 bedroom and $2900/ 2 bedroom(substantial margin increase). That 11.4 million profit reinvested into their other mortgage debt reduces their payment to the bank i of 1.254 million/ year . Wake up people!! This rebalance could result in higher pay outs (margin increase from fort mac property's) Which means higher unit price.
