100%. What I blieve the outcome will be if the meeting results in a NO vote is that the company will shop itself, by doing a "strategic alternatives" press release.

The company has stated that they don't have enough cash to pay debentureholders and re-negotiate mortgages. The company and the board of directors will have no other alternative if they are acting in a prudent and responsible manner while protecting the assets of the corporation.
