RE:Has anyone called Gino Romagnoli?

RE:Has anyone called Gino Romagnoli?I have not callet yet, but will try this week.

No response from the Manitoba securities commission. They clearly have no intention of releasing the results of the vote, which clearly reject the current Board of Directors. And yes, as we can only withhold votes rather than vote no, it begs the question what the vote is for anyways.

The next option is shareholder activism. I find US investors are much better at holding management to the fire, so let's turn the tide here. I'm not super familiar with how we could force a nominee onto the board, but I think it is worthwhile at this point to try, to show management that our voices will not be ignored.

Would anyone with more experience here be willing to voice their thoughts on the next steps?
