Best possible outcome for vote I look at the outcome of the vote, with more than 50% rejecting the 500 to 1 consolidation. Then I look at the share price. It is still where it was a month ago. Then I look at the S&P Select Sector performance year-to-date and today.
Real Estate has a return of negative 22.82% YTD and down 0.12% today
TSX Venture has a return of negative 35.62% YTD and down 0.28% today
I think about this, the management here should be quite pleased with the cote how it turned out for unitholders and management alike.
We are not down today. It is a pretty fantastic day in the world of Lanesborough unitholders.
