We haven't decreased in price because there's literally no way for us to go down in price. The minimum bid price is .005, and we haven't ever had an active bid/ask spread since the massive dilution from the debentures. The true price that the market supports is likely way less than the minimum bid price.
we have zero liquidity essentially, as there are 25 million on the half penny ask, and almost no sales in several months. So ya, I don't think this is a win.
not sure where we go from here as management is crooked as anything, as evidenced by their refusal of our voting results, and with interest rates rising, real estate values depreciate.
Our only hope is a buyout offer, but management doesn't seem to have any interest in that or engaging with shareholders. So that leaves us with an untradeable stock and poor prospects for the future.
if anyone has a more optimistic take, I'd love to hear it though
