Use this number as a multiplier for the number of debentures you have to determine approximate amount of units you will receive 26.59794524964935

I should be clearer. Let's say you have $10,000 face value debentures. Here is the calculation: 26.59794524964935*10,000 = 265,979.45 units

This is correct, each 1 debenture will exchange for 26 597 trust units.

Thanks for the calculation, Bob. It looks like management is planning on just dumping over 30x the existing share count onto the market with this new dilution, and let the market process it. I have concerns lol... i think maybe 1,000 units traded today. I really hope that they release financials soon, and that there is a positive restatement of the assets.
