Asset stripping at its finest..

Another sale of properties with no recognizable benefit to unitholders, isn't voted on by unitholders, and is somehow removed from any kind of regulation because they no longer trade on a recognizable exchange.

Do we have any recourse? Or just watch all our value being stripped away?

I've seen this play before with some very big companies.  Run the company into the ground and then sell the distressed assets back to management at unverifiable valuations.
