No one is going to buy Lakeside as a going concern

No one is going to buy Lakeside as a going concernIf anyone buys Lakeside it will be out of bankruptcy court. Lakeside is hanging on by a thread with a deteriorating balance sheet and business prospects that are abysmal.

You can buy the stock all you want, but if this company is ever bought out it will be like Barzel - after it goes under and the stock is worthless.
