Buy 40c value for 27c!
That is not a bad deal, deal will go through and it is likely that we will hear from more potential buyers in the near future. I think we will see a bid war here and a price around 50c, todays sp is not reflecting the value and will appreciate as we near january 9th

soon down to 10 cents - a letter of intent is just that a "letter of intent" - if you got in at 10 cent - nice little profit and good for U !<))

Seems real but why no firm offer. Could it be just a way to have their institutional investors to look good at years end ? Why make an an uncommitted offer when the stock is at 8 cents and not be able to put some concrete behind it ? Shorts have 2 weeks to report, so you wont know if their is a sinker coming your way.
