Another 180 going back to a 360. What's the angle here? Let's hope for more details soon.

Looking back at the last financing they were going for 1M and only got 0.83M.
Wonder if the feedback from investors on this was relating to this?
Back then LTE had a different management team and board.

Also the Brooks contract went from 14M to 21M and back to 14M!
Wonder if again, it has to do with the size of the company.
I.e. Giving one large contract to one entity.
What happens now with Brooks, now?
