As Shareholders can we replace the CEO?

I wonder as share holder can we replace the CEO, or put a motion for it or call for extra ordinary shareholders meeting? I am new in stocks. Lost quite a bit in LTE

Hi Money Eagle, although a little late, just reading the latest nr,   but the answer is yes. It has to be done at the agm.  Bring proof of share holdings. At the very end of the agm matters,  OTHER Matters, is where you bring it up. Bring in a securities lawyer, Every one gets to vote with their shares in that meeting only.
