50 million shares
Guzman wants to sell 50 million shares, that is huge,I have never seen anything like that. I would be willing to bet that he has only been able to unload about 750,000. This market is really tough, no liquidity. If this market crashes in The September October time frame I will be putting in a stink bid because Guzman will still have ten's of millions of shares on his hands. The margin calls will start coming in and everything will plummet big time. I believe Guzman has real estate holdings and with interest rates going up there will be a pinch in his capital, I'm sure there already is that's why he wants to unload. This company is a producer which makes it very attractive and if I hadn't read about Guzman's holdings I probably would have bought in by now. But I'm going to wait for September / October to roll around because I think these shares will be on sale just like shopping in a grocery store. I see a crash coming and what is happening now in these markets is a dead cat bounce. CHEERS!

Guzman hasnt sold anything yet and he will not be selling in the open market...it will be an off market transaction. Im personally buying more...this is a great price considering where this comapny was several years ago and where it is today and where its going in the short term.
