Nice to see some higher volume at a slightly higher price for a change. Some news coming perhaps? Still sitting with 150k shares myself.

I dont see Guzman unloading anything in the open market. I checked Cdn Insider and only transactions have been exercise of warrants in May.

well the volume was last week he has time to file so we wont see anything official for a bit but you dont go from next to no volume to 400k shares traded but there is a far outside chance that it may be retail shares sold i highly doubt it!!!

Guzman is not going to waste time doing that. He is looking to unload to a strategic investor and the company is working with him to do the same.   Discussions are ongoing with interested parties.  No one unloads that amount of shares without that in place.  And besides, he will retain a very significant position still and he wont want to see the stock tank any more than it has

The company has a ton going for it. Just some slight headwinds around the debt which should be taken care of once Tahaehaeto is in full production selling PM. I own close to a million shares now. To me this is a great value play. Also like ORE which I am trying to accumulate now as well before the first gold bar poor. Anyhow i think we will some great things before end of year.
