three days in a row I have been calling via TD app on my phone and waited between 30 min - 1 hour to get through anyone ..once I was successful and the agent put me on hold for 30 minutes (hoping I hang up) after I didn't he hi g up on me ..this is organization issue if your agent feel free to hang up on people when they whish without accountability ..they do call you right away though if you are trying to open investment account and give them money
