Tier1/Tier2 - don't need definitions - JUST

Would really like all "tranches/escrows" ---- making all shares free trading as soon as possible - kinda - " take the handcuffs OFF" and I'm a buyer - I've added ! - sure be nice to have my additional (escrowed) 5000 Spinco shares all free to trade as well ! Seems to me that youre telling me that there are a lot of Tier1/Tier 2 miners and explorers out there - no problem !! BUT, how many have escrow holds reaching out for 36 months - it's the hold time I'm having a problem with - any solutions which Luke and LVX can come up with to release the escrows earlier or completely would be as welcome as great drill results!
