QE begins in March not by rate cuts but banking crisis

Powell has already admitted that there are more bank failures on the way in the US.

Liquidity support for banks ends on March 11 which means that the weaker banks suffering from massive losses from their 1% USTs will fail.

Rather than cut rates, QE will begin in the form of banks recurving federal funds in order to stay afloat.

The effect on POG will be the same...positive
