the total value of shares owned by all management and all members of the board of directors.

I'll get to that tomorrow.

It might shed a little light on why the shareprice is not important.

Wow. You should sell with that kind of sentiment . Lots of exploration gold stocks have retreated in price this past year....NFG , NKG etc because of the disconnect between POG and investor interest for AI etc. SGNL despite its drilling results is a mere shadow of its January 2023 price Gold producers have been much better such as GAU etc  because they don't have the forward capex costs ...more
