NPV $1.23 for Los Verdes Deposit ...

NPV $1.23 for Los Verdes Deposit ...
Los Verdes
NPV $96.9M USD ... = $ 104.2 M CAD

VGM  Shares Outstanding 84.881246 M

NPV / per share = $1.23 CAD  .. with 8% discount.

A few points to make here :

1) awsome economics for small deposit  !!!
2) significant copper credit (interpret this as better than average financing prospects).
3) exactly where you want to be in the moly space when there is a banking crisis:

i.e. forget the large capex / low grade projects .. Los Verdes capex / payback / grades & presence of copper  .. all conducive to project financing / against comparables that require much more money / much longer payback & have no material copper credits etc.

4) permitting pursuits continue (why?) / it's going to become a mine folks !!! ... Los Verdes will go ahead.
5) Julian Baring .. the biggest mining finance guru of the last half  of the 20th Century (Mercury World Mining Fund) ... had a rule of thumb ... 20% of NPV for projects that will proceed ... this means VGM is cheap at or below $0.24 cents per share.

6) Cuatro Hermanos has already defined $10 Billion USD of copper in indicated and inferred categories / this deposit is enormous .. and this could be only 1/3 .. 1/5 of ultimate contained metal projections ... well .. how does $10 Billion USD of contained metal value (copper) compare to VGM Market Cap today ($5M CAD) ...

896 million pounds Cu in indicated category ($ 3 billion USD contained metal value)
2.141 billion pounds Cu in inferred category ($ 7 billion USD contained metal value)

I don't need Julian Baring to tell me that $5M Market Cap is cheap against this asset  .... Cuatro Hermanos is the monster copper / molybdenum porphyry that can attract the majors .. Los Verdes is the company builder mine that takes VGM into the leagues of real small scale moly producer ...

Today's information begins to show relative value .... VGM market will now begin to reflect this.

Condor 1 ... I'm waiting for your stock offer dude .. where are you ? .. what house and size please.
