Rick Rule has a saying that goes something like this.
Always buy the best.
If you can buy the best at a good discount, so much the better.
MARL at these levels is a no-brainer buy and hold.
Fun fact: CEO Dr. Eric Roth headed Extorre before the sale to Yamana.
Says Rick Rule, with Tier 1 assets you can't go wrong. They always get built. They always make shareholders plenty of money.

Correction... Roth is the COO here but was the CEO and President of Extorre.
