AGM circular VOTE your shares against #6 say no to power One
There is no advantage to the share holders to split the assets up...The formation of another company will only benfit Karim, and give him another pay day as well as more than likely free shares in the new Power One company...The division will take the BEST assets and leave Montoro (60 million out and you can bet there wil be a roll back) with the "wonderful" Gold projects Karim put in the company (not to mention the conflicted interest as Falocn Gold is his Company he is the President). If you vote for the reorganisation (SAY NO TO #6 on the proxy) you might as well buy his Mushroom stock as well.
We can stop this now by voting NO ....

It certaintly looks like mushroom king karim haf a plan fir montaro. Also known as the motero shareholder lootfest! Say NO to the STEAL of the Pecor's to fill Karim and likely the BOARDS greedy pockets!

We should all know by now that we "little guys" are just convenient pockets to pick. We hold no real power when it coes to voting because those that ARE actually IN POWER always hold the majority of the voting stock. ........... That is just reality! I've seen it too many times here already. ..............
