Just wondering

Greetings Mas Gold  people, just wondering when the takeover  was announced smp was $1.18 ish and a 12.5 -1 was the ratio, now its .70-.75 . My question is will the ratio be adjusted or is it even possible to have the ratio changed? Any info is appreciated. Cheers Slyder3
