I saw this on the proxy voting for the upcoming AGM.    

..The creation of a new Control Person (as such term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) of MAS Gold Corp. (the "Corporation"), being Ronald Netolitzky, resulting from the issuance of 16,250,000 units in the capital of the Corporation to be issued as part of a private placement that closed May 20, 2022, is hereby authorized and approved

I noticed that the placement back in May of last year was priced at 8 cents, so that adds up to a $1.3 million cash outlay from Ron (who is a new control person based on shares), who bought in at 16,250,000 units.    That's a very good statement of the projects perceived merit from the head board member of the company.  I take it as a good sign along with continued good
