I didn't follow the Sell-in-May rule.  I sold in early March when MXR was trading near .30 which was close to double the current price.  The long downtrend to the current 50% haircut started soon after I sold. 

Baggies need to learn how to read the signs on the chart, on the Bullboard and in the company's NRs that warned of likely trouble ahead.  The Baggies didn't notice those signs so they held or maybe even bought more as price dropped and that is why they became bagholders.
