Would Precision have the first right of refusal??? If so would they let this escape them??? I see a possible buyout before launch just so they don't have to deal with the garbage.That would not give us the share price we would receive if it was done after launch and commercialisation. Are they themselves behind this to push the sale before the true value is realised, who knows??????
