The first one is out, The judge would have all the info before him and would see the game and likely have throwen it out.
The second one doesn't make any sense, why if you get to see or hear from the source a deal which I might add is not available to anyone but the dissedents and was appealing enough to let the voting issue slide, they must have seen value which would only increase the SP why would you dump any shares?
