Shouldn't the question be, "what is EB doing"? You seem to think that EB is doing just fine. Why are we so far behind in the dead line and how close are we if at all to commercialisation ??? Again why are the dissidents back knocking on the door?? They obviously aren't liking the arrangement that kept them from appealing last year. Were they given a time line that has been missed?? If they had any reassurance of commercialisation time frame would it only have been a rouge for delays?? If this drug is all that to Precision why is it that they have not made an offer?? As far as I see Med biogene is not strong enough to stand long with no finances. Precision is obviously not in a hurry, while they wait for Med biogenes demise, they know that they have first right of refusal. How much would they have to pony up and would it be EB and existing directors splitting the estate?? Are the dissidents p issed?? why not?? should we be pi ssed?? most certainly. Anyone remember Pyoint and INT. If they were dealing with a large PHARMA company this would not be happening.
