If that is what they want. why the delays?? I must be missing something, they apparently like what they have, they apparently know what it is worth, It has been certified twice and for some time now. If they were looking for an IPO why have they waited this long? Have they even filed for an IPO. My guess is, we would have heard about . An IPO usually takes three to four months from the beginning to the first day's trading on an exchange. That would put this into December if the buyout is contingent on the IPO.
