After a little research I found out that there was no deal with the dissidents. They apparently backed away for a very good reason. As far as any deal with Respria and Single Gene that's up in the air. EB said that the dissidents have no savvy in the medical field, I wonder if Single Gene and Respria would be savvy enough and available??
