Seems to be very adamant about hanging on to this position even to the extent of sinking the company, Why? When someone is running for office they have to be clean. If they have any wrong doing associated to them it could be very unpleasant. I did not receive my proxy for the management vote. I did some checking and the form I originally filled out. 1. do you want to receive any proxies? I checked off yes. 2. Do you want to receive company info at your cost? I checked off no. Because of that the company doesn't have to send me a proxy. Being a penny stock how many actually want to pay for company info? That being said this is the first company that hasn't sent me a proxy although the form I filled out remains the same, why is that?? Is it possible that Erinn has sent any proxies out at the companies expense?? If he sent out a select few at the expense of the company would this be any kind of misrepresentation?? How much is the company spending on these news releases? Why is it that the web page has not been kept up to date?? Is it costing any money to keep it active?? If you don't have your proxy phone your brokerage firm and ask them to inform you how to get the new form and how you can vote it on line. I talked with mine and they are looking into why the second one was not released, because the form should be available to everyone. You had better seriously think about your votes, Ian paid for his shares. Erinn filled his boots with free shares and his pockets with supposed justified pay cheques from company funds. Some are saying that Erinn is a smart lawyer. How is it that the deal with Precision is, Precision pays for getting this certified and adds milestone payments and this all gets paid back to Precision with royalties owed to MBI. Sounds like MBI is taking a loan to get this to market and then giving it to Precision for pennies on the dollar. Was this a better deal than the one offered by Single Gene and Respria ?? I for one believe that the dissidents is the better deal and Could be very detrimental to the existing management. How is it possible that Erinn could offer the dissidents pertinent information as long as their were willing to sign disclosure. Disclosure or not is it still not insider info???
