My guess is that something is being cooked behind the scene and his firm or friends are involved and he cant make any comment while the transaction is not finalized. Look, there are not a ton of reasons for a good stock to go down: could be a financing, a potential acquisition, both together, bads news leaking (dont think so) ,... This stock was in an uptrend and its results were just confirming that uptrend. It has been recommended and commented positively by many analysts in the last month or so specially in light of the coming LNG investiment boom and the significant investments in pipelines south, north, east and west. And all of a sudden, one analyst said that management is actively seeking to meet with investment firms and the stock tanks slowly from a top of 7.20 to 5.90$. There is a reason and IMO, it is not end of the year selling by insiders who are taking profits. They know something is being cooked the same way Donville knows. Otherwise, he would have accepted to comment. Why not? Why cant he comment on a stock he is not committed to?
